ICC is the International Colour Consortium.
ICC profiles ensure that colours are displayed across different devices, monitors, printers, papers and cameras. As shown in Nigel Danson’s video in lesson 1 it is important to download a colour profile for the paper you are using at this affects the brightness and colours within your edit. This will allow you to soft proof your images.

To find the ICC paper profiles I have found the best way is to search using Name of Printing lab + Colour profiles and you should find them.
The video above shows how to install the colour profile on a mac and below is information for a PC.
How to install ICC profile on PC
Save ICC profile anywhere on the PC and then right-click a profile file and select Install Profile from the menu. If there is a need to install more than one profile, you can also do that in bulk by copying *.icc/*.icm files directly in c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color folder.
