Club Members take A Long Weekend in Brighton
18 members of the club went to an overcast Brighton for a long weekend in January and although the weather was not kind to us lots of photographic opportunities were available. Instead of the wonderful sunrise and sunset we expected we reverted to some long exposure photography and also had a wonderful time looking around North Laine for some street photography opportunities. For some in the club it was their first step into the street photography genre and many enjoyed themselves and would certainly try that again. Parking was an issue so one a parking space was found and paid for some decided to leave their car where it was where others went out to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters on the first full day. Cake is always a must on these trips and Penny and Frank found a fabulous cafe and at most times of the day a member of the club could be found there. PC
