A Trip to Bristol

A group of 15 Devizes Photography Club met in Bristol for a day out to search for Street photography opportunities. Bristol certainly supplied lots of opportunities of people, architecture, coloured houses, water features and views. For the first half of the trip the group split into smaller groups to explore the locations on the supplied map. Mid afternoon we met up in the M-Shed cafe for coffee and cake and then headed towards the Cumberland basin viewpoint of the Bristol Suspension Bridge during blue hour. The tide was just reaching its highest point for sunset so we were able to photograph the bridge with reflections in the water. Finally we headed back to the station with just enough time to capture the valentine Bridge at Temple Quay before getting the train home.
