Creative Flower Photography

Last night we enjoyed a talk from Cherry larcombe EFIAP, ARPS, DPAGB, BPE*5 on Creative Flower Photography. She covered all aspects of flower photography from gardens local to her in East Sussex and Kent to flowers shot in her home studio - fresh, dried and pressed. Added to this Cherry demonstrated effects that can be achieved in Photoshop using the layers panel, brushes and textures. Cherry gave us creative ideas to bring out the colour, shapes and beauty of flower and hints to produce some unique and original floral art. I’m sure we are all inspired to make plans to visit local gardens once Spring arrives.
