Through the Glacier. 

This was taken on a trip to Iceland earlier this year. We had booked a private trip to the glacier and travelled in a monster truck, through deep snow and ice in darkness so we could arrive at the glacier before the large tour groups arrived. It was such a beautiful place, and this image reminds me of a very special moment. 

I currently use a Canon EOS R6 for Landscape and creative images and a Canon 90D crop sensor for nature photography. My photography likes to vary from day to day and season to season, I love Landscape but want to take images that are different so not the “honeypot” locations, I also love photographing nature but tend to concentrate on insects, dragonflies and butterflies as they are easier to capture than animals and birds! I have tried most genres of photography but probably not mastered any yet. 

My phone, it is sometimes the only camera I have with me but can also be used to check composition, set a w3w location and download images from my camera to edit.
